How far in advance should I book my event styling?

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure date availability and give us ample time to design and source custom elements. For weddings and large-scale corporate events, reserving 2 to 3 months ahead is ideal. Last-minute inquiries are always welcome, subject to our current schedule.

What types of decor and styling services do you provide?

We specialize in customized backdrops, event draping, luxury centerpieces, curated tablescapes, and general decorative styling. We also coordinate balloon decor through our trusted balloon partners for baby showers, birthdays, weddings, church events, and celebrations across Anderson and surrounding areas.

What is your retainer and payment policy?

To secure your event date on our calendar, a non-refundable deposit or retainer is required alongside a signed service agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date according to the terms specified in your proposal.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes, all comprehensive styling packages include full on-site setup and installation prior to your event start time, as well as teardown and removal afterward. We coordinate timing directly with your venue to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

If you need to reschedule, we do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Retainers remain non-refundable to cover preliminary design planning and material orders. Please notify us as early as possible if any date or venue changes occur.

Yes. Girlz Next Door Design Lab provides all balloons used in our balloon décor installations. Balloon costs are included in your quoted design price.

To maintain the quality, consistency, and overall look of our work, we carefully select the balloon brands, colors, sizes, and quantities needed to bring your design vision to life. For this reason, we do not require clients to purchase or provide their own balloons.
